In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience! BEFORE BOOKING: please note that if your reservation requires additional guest fees and/or pet fees, these fees will NOT be shown at time of booking. These fees will be added AFTER you have booked and you have paid the amount due at that time. It's the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren't originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee.
