Cozy 1BR casita with full kitchen and great views.

I loved this place. I stayed for 25 days. It is a private cottage behind the main residence. The area is very quiet and the views are fantastic. The home has everything you need for an extended stay. I prefer eating out only occasionally so I kept the fridge stocked and cooked most of my meals in the residence. The bathroom has a large shower and the bedroom is of adequate size so I didn't feel cramped. There is a large carport on one side of the residence so you can keep your vehicle out of the elements and the large deck on the other side of the residence provides covered outdoor space with fantastic views. The location is between downtown Prescott and Prescott Valley and is within 2 miles of Costco and Trader Joes. The next time I visit the area my first choice for lodging will be this property.

The location is fantastic, with beautiful views and a great porch to enjoy them from! We didn’t realize from the listing, but this is a backyard cottage on the host’s property. That being said, it felt relatively private. The furniture left a little bit to be desired (as others have noted, the bed feels small, and the couch wasn’t super comfortable). The automated messaging had a few hiccups with check-in and conflicting checkout instructions, but the host was otherwise easy to reach. Overall, a charming little getaway, and it would be absolutely perfect for a weekend stay!
