This was a great spot. The house was big and accommodating, clean and well furnished. Travis was great and gave us a late checkout which really helped us out. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again

This was a great place to stay for our group of 8 ladies. We were in Prescott for a meeting. It was very convenient to our meeting. The house was very clean. Great instructions so that we could enjoy the house and our trip. We would definitely stay again!! The house definitely made it a great weekend with friends!

Our stay was OK. It started out well, we were able to check in a few hours early which was very kind of the host. The house was nice, there were plenty of beds, it was a beautiful location and lovely views but as we settled in we found a few basic amenities didn’t accommodate our large group. The grill was too small (we had to pack up dinner and go to our daughter’s house to barbecue). There was no ice and not enough dish towels, trash bags or larger pots/pans. The linens on the king size bed weren’t clean and when I contacted the host I was told I could wash them. The upstairs family room doesn’t support a large group. I may sound like I’m being incredibly particular but we saved for months for this trip and spent over $4,000 so all our kids/grandkids could spend four nights together. The stay and communication with the host was a bit disappointing.
