Even through its familiarity over the years, each morning brings an inspiring view that will make your heart swell; while long summer nights wrap cozy indoor spaces in vibrant outdoor areas for relaxation and togetherness unlike any other place on Earth we know. It's our little slice of peace amidst life's chaos… something special just waiting to be shared with those closest to us. Note: There is one step to reach the property’s front door Living Space: This spacious, inviting, home features vaulted ceilings, soft couches, Large HDTV in the living room that you can log into your streaming services to watch your favorite shows. The kitchen opens up the dining room and a door to the back patio with large windows that open up to the back patio that creates the ideal gathering area! WiFi is provided for your convenience! The home is stocked with board games, puzzles, and cards to enjoy hours of entertainment while you create memories that will last a lifetime. The home comes with central heat and air for your comfort. Note: The fireplace is decorative Kitchen: The home has a fully stocked kitchen, complete with an oven, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker! It has plenty of pots/pans, BBQ utensils, and stocked with your basic spices and oils. Master Bedroom: The spacious master bedroom, located on the Second floor and highlights a plush King-sized bed. This room features 2 ensuite bathroom, a closet area, and a large soaking tub with walk in shower. Second Bedroom: This bedroom is located on the second floor and features a Queen-sized mattress and a private balcony that gives you views of the San Francisco Peaks to the north. Third Bedroom: This bedroom is located as well on the second floor and has a Queen-size bed. Fourth Bedroom: This bedroom is located on the main floor and features a Queen size bed as well. Bathrooms: This home has private bathrooms located on the second floor that is attached to the Master Suite, as well as a bathroom in the hallway for guests to use and a Half bath downstairs. Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels and washcloths for each guest. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience. Propane Grill: There is a propane grill onsite for your convenience. Washer/Dryer: The cabin has a fully functional washer and dryer for your convenience located in the hall closet upstairs. **NOTE: Smoke Detectors, Carbon Monoxide Detectors and Fire Extinguisher are stationed throughout the home for your safety. While the exterior porch and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience! If it is available, early check-in is a charge of $25/each additional hour (beyond the first hour). To ensure the property is ready for incoming guests, late check-out may be possible if the calendar allows. Thank you for understanding. We do accept alterations requests but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion. BEFORE BOOKING: There is a Long Term Tenant in a separate house adjacent to the main house. They use the far side of the driveway and stay to themselves. Please note that if your reservation requires additional guest fees and/or pet fees, these fees will NOT be shown at time of booking. These fees will be added AFTER you have booked and you have paid the amount due at that time. It's the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren't originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee. Once a property manager has reviewed your reservation, these fees will be manually added.
