Note: The fireplace is decorative Kitchen: The home has a fully stocked kitchen, complete with an oven, range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker! It has plenty of pots/pans, BBQ utensils, and stocked with your basic spices and oils. Master Bedroom: The spacious master bedroom, located on the main floor, highlights a plush King-sized bed. This room features an ensuite bathroom, a closet area, and a large walk-in shower. Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels and washcloths for each guest. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience. While the exterior porch and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience! Please do not exceed the occupancy of 6 guests staying the night. Please, no pets (not even just to visit) unless it's authorized by the host. No large parties, or smoking in the property. Additional fines for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund if violated.
